These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings, salon visits, services, products, and use of the JASS THE SALON website/booking form. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Important: These terms protect salon scheduling, staff time, and service quality, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Booking and Confirmation
- Website/WhatsApp submissions are booking requests only until we confirm them.
- We may accept, reschedule, or decline requests based on availability, suitability, and operations.
- You must provide accurate contact details; missed appointments caused by incorrect details are your responsibility.
Pricing, Deposits, and Payment
- Prices may vary based on hair length, condition, product usage, stylist level, and service complexity.
- Quotes shared before service are estimates unless clearly marked fixed.
- We may require deposits/advance payments for higher-value, long-duration, or peak-time bookings.
- Deposits are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Lateness, No-Shows, and Rescheduling
- Late arrival may shorten your service, require service changes, or require rescheduling.
- No-shows and repeated late cancellations may result in deposit requirements or refusal of future bookings.
- We may prioritize other confirmed clients to maintain schedule quality.
Consultation, Disclosure, and Safety
- You must disclose allergies, sensitivities, scalp/skin conditions, and prior chemical history before service starts.
- We may require patch tests and may refuse/postpone/stop services if a safety risk exists.
- If relevant information is not disclosed, we are not responsible for outcomes affected by undisclosed history or conditions.
Results, Rework, and Refund Requests
- Results vary by hair/skin type, prior treatments, and aftercare; exact outcomes are not guaranteed.
- Concerns should be reported promptly (preferably within 48 hours) so we can review and inspect.
- Management may offer review, rework, partial adjustment, or decline a request based on the case.
- Change-of-mind requests after approval/completion are treated as new chargeable services.
Right to Refuse Service
We may refuse, stop, or reschedule service to protect staff safety, client experience, and salon operations, including in cases of aggressive behavior, harassment, intoxication, unsafe conditions, non-cooperation, or repeated policy abuse.
Photos, Personal Belongings, and Children
- We may request permission to take before/after photos for records, training, or marketing.
- Please keep valuables with you. We are not responsible for loss/damage except where required by law.
- Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian unless safely receiving a service.
Privacy and Customer Data
Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Customer Data Handling Policy.
Liability and Disputes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for a claim relating to a specific service/product is limited to the amount paid for that service/product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or outcomes affected by inaccurate information, undisclosed conditions, third-party services, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to mandatory legal rights and jurisdiction rules, disputes will be handled by competent courts having jurisdiction over Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
